Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of my small business, I do not accept returns. Please make sure your sizing is accurate before you purchase. 

Shipping:

Every order will be shipped via USPS first class or priority. Once a package leaves my hands it is the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible if a package is lost in transit. I will provide you with the tracking information. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact me prior to checking out. 

Repairs:

Unfortunately due to demands for time, I cannot accommodate jewelry repair.

My jewelry is created with the intent to last a lifetime. If you have received a piece from me that has become damaged within the bounds of normal wear and tear, please contact me and I will do everything in my ability to restore your piece to its originality.

 

What if the ring i ordered doesn't fit?

Please be diligent about knowing your ring size before you order. If you do not know your ring size, you can purchase an at home ring sizer, or head to a local store to get sized. I can not accommodate ring resizing at this time.
